Abstract


PSYCHO-SOCIAL AND MYTHOLOGICAL ESSENTIALS OF MUSIC IDENTITY IN TERMS OF PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION CULTURE

Along with the unifying effect of people bringing them together and in regular rituals, rituals or ceremonies, the music has an important role especially in today's introductory and individualization process. It can be said that when you look at the place of primitive society before music is a scientific discipline, it is a sacred speech and communication tool. Beginning with the human voice, music has shown that it can be performed with objects made of wood or stone and a music instrument with music. The process that begins with the application of the sounds of nature has become an important element in displaying behavior with a collective consciousness as well as being a sacred task of music that has a communicative nature that allows humans to imitate first and then to survive in every aspect of life in social, psychological, cultural and religious dimensions. Beginning with imitation of animal sounds in archaic societies and used as a means of communication, in the shamanist societies shamans have not lost anything from the sound of the voice, which pioneered the gathering of thousands of people at concerts prepared today, as a social vehicle with its unifying role in rituals, it seems. While it is important to establish the foundation of sound music, changes in the way of sense and perception attributed to the present from past to present have become inevitable. In this study, the relationship between music and identity in the context of produced and consumed music, psychological, sociological and mythological features of music are examined and the relations between musician's family and its environment are drawn.
